A Vietnam Veteran who
served in the U.S. Army, Sgt. E-5, from 1969 –1972. Served in Vietnam with the
18th MP Brigade, 89th MP Group, A Co. 716th MP
Battalion and 516th MP Co. Savanna Illinois. He holds two BA degrees
in Biblical Literature and Business Administration and an MA in Organizational
Management. He retired after 34 years as a City Public Works Superintendent. Was an Adjunct University Professor for 11
years, teaching Project Management, Environmental Studies and Ethics. Appointed to represent the City of Folsom, Isleton and Galt on the Sacramento
Environmental Commission, for 13 years.
